• Contract & Carrier Pricing Review: We have reviewed clients contracts and/or carrier pricing tariffs to identify changes that will result in savings.  We can recommend added discounts or particular accessorial charges that can be waived.  We have also assisted clients in establishing contracts, providing a boilerplate and working with their attorneys to address the transportation elements of a contract.
• Review of Commodities & Proper Freight Classification: Many times, customers are not using the proper freight descriptions on their products; or their vendors are not doing so.  We review the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) and advise the appropriate description to use often reducing the customers freight costs.  This service is especially valuable on inbound freight.
• Transportation Mode & Routing Assistance: We work with clients in identifying alternatives to their standard LTL and Air Freight carriers.  Sometimes companies will utilize Air Freight for shipments that can easily be delivered in the same time by an LTL carrier using their guaranteed services at significantly lower cost.  Likewise, sometimes Truckload is less expensive than LTL or we’ll examine the use of carriers that handling larger LTL shipments combining them with other companies’ freight to save you money.
• Loss & Damage Claims Handling: We have filed and collected Loss & Damage claims for clients.  Likewise, we have provided training for our clients’ staff who process their Loss & Damage claims.
• Freight Transportation Seminars: We are available to put on seminars for your staff giving them an overarching reviewing of freight transportation, gathering together your shipping, customer service, purchasing and/or sales staff to help familiarize them with the intricacies of shipping and receiving  their goods.
