How To Get Started
We review customers freight bills whether in paper form or as EDI bills. To facilitate the audit, we require copies of your rate agreements or contracts with your transportation carriers to perform our audits. The usual time limit for reviewing bills is 180 days (six months), unless you have a longer time period stated in your contracts with your carriers. We will audit the bills and file a claim for any overcharges. The carrier then sends a check, payable to you, to our attention. We send that check to you along with our invoice for our recovery fee.
